It chronicles the dedication and resilience of its members, who transformed their shared vision into a reality, ultimately fostering significant community development and economic empowerment in the region.

Synopsis

TALE OF GROWTH

This story revolves around the family who struggles from making profit. Delia Evangelista lived in Conconing East Sta.Lucia Ilocos Sur, her brother went abroad and passed down his position as a manager of Cooperative organization to her.

She gained profit but it's not enough until the department of Agrararian Reform assisted their coop and adopted their workers in microfinance. DAR helped them to increase the assets and rised their coop. There are also some beneficiarcies of DAR named Marcelino Sueño and Susan who also came from difficult life and they were provided with land and its title. Marcelino sold the land to pay for his maintenance and Susan made it a source of income.

Coop and DAR are their support to strive for their own successes. They didn't make their struggles an obstacle, instead they made it as a motivation to move forward and achieve more.

Director's Intent

I choose to direct this short film because I want to help Filipino farmers; their struggles, their sacrifices, and their unwavering spirit deserve to be seen and heard, and I am honored to be their voice.

Producer's Intent

To showcase the inspiring story of ARBOs, whose resilience and unwavering dedication in the face of adversity are a beacon of hope, reminding us all that even in the toughest of times, the human spirit can triumph.
